This is a delicacy I made last summer. It has been stored in the computer. Now I will share it with you. The lobster is much cleaner than the ones on the market. It took two hours to make the gills, wash, cut the head, cramp, and wash again.

  3. Sit in the pot, cut the Hangzhou pepper, Chaotian pepper and garlic cloves into sections and stir-fry until fragrant.
