Spicy lobster
Overview
This is a delicacy I made last summer. It has been stored in the computer. Now I will share it with you. The lobster is much cleaner than the ones on the market. It took two hours to make the gills, wash, cut the head, cramp, and wash again.

Sit in the pot, cut the Hangzhou pepper, Chaotian pepper and garlic cloves into sections and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the prepared lobster, stir-fry, and add a few drops of white wine

Pour in water, dark soy sauce, add salt and sugar, appropriate amount

Add the scallions, cover the pot, and cook for about 20 minutes. After boiling, pour a bowl of lobster soup out to make lobster pimple soup.
