Prepare materials.

Wash the abalone and cut it with a flower knife;

Spread a layer of salt on the surface of the abalone, sprinkle with shredded ginger and half of the minced garlic;

Boil water in a pot. When the water boils, add abalone and steam over high heat for 8 minutes. After taking it out of the pot, sprinkle with shredded green onions;

Then pour an appropriate amount of organic soy sauce;

Heat oil in another pan, add remaining minced garlic and small red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant, then pour over abalone while it's still hot.
