  1. Prepare materials.

  2. Wash the abalone and cut it with a flower knife;

  3. Spread a layer of salt on the surface of the abalone, sprinkle with shredded ginger and half of the minced garlic;

  4. Boil water in a pot. When the water boils, add abalone and steam over high heat for 8 minutes. After taking it out of the pot, sprinkle with shredded green onions;
