Stir-fried lamb liver with coriander
Overview
Apart from the lamb given as a gift, I only ate a lamb leg and lamb scorpion haggis. I received another one, and I started eating mutton every day again.

Pick and wash the coriander and wash the lamb liver.

Lamb liver slices.

Cut the cilantro into sections and shred the red pepper and green onions.

Boil water in a pot and open the lamb liver.

Stir and blanch until raw, remove and wash off the foam and set aside.

Heat the pan with cold oil, soak the shredded ginger in the hot oil.

Add all the garnishes and stir-fry.

Coriander is cut off.

Goat liver.

Stir fry evenly and add light soy sauce.

Stir fry evenly.

Remove from pot and plate.

Finished product.
