Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the spinach, blanch it in boiling water to remove purines, use a juicer to squeeze the spinach into spinach puree, and add an egg.
-
Add salt and flour and knead until smooth. Wake up for 15 minutes.
-
Dice the tofu, dice the tomatoes, and stir-fry the meat until stir-fried and set aside. (There are many kinds of whistles. I just made this today using local materials, but it’s quite delicious)
-
Roll out the dough to a suitable thickness, overlap it, and cut it into strips of about 3 or 4 centimeters. Then unfold the lasagna and stack it one by one, cut it into pieces of about 3 or 4 centimeters. Use chopsticks to pick up the dough pieces from both ends to the middle. A beautiful butterfly noodle is ready!
-
Boil water in a pot, put the butterfly noodles into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for two minutes, basically it's done! Put the butterfly noodles into a bowl and add the prepared whistle!
-
If you like wide noodles, just follow Part 4 and cut them into about 3 or 4 cm noodles! The finished product is as shown in the picture!
