Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and drain the lamb legs. In order to save time when roasting, I cut them into slices.
-
Cumin particles and fennel particles, crush them. If you buy it in powder form, you can skip this step.
-
Put all the seasonings into the mutton slices, add some cold boiled water and mix well. You can add seasonings according to your own preference, either spicy or spicy.
-
Mix well and let sit for 15 minutes to let the flavors infuse. Blanch toothpicks in boiling water and set aside.
-
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Brush a layer of olive oil on tin foil, skewer the marinated lamb slices with toothpicks, and place them on the baking sheet.
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes, brushing with olive oil halfway through.
-
After the mutton skewers are grilled, eat them while they are still hot. This way they will be more delicious!
