Braised cabbage with barbecue sauce

I bought a bottle of barbecue sauce some time ago and haven’t used it yet. I dug it out these days and made braised cabbage with barbecue sauce. It’s slightly spicy and goes well with rice

Prepare the ingredients, the minced pork is preferably half fat and half lean

Marinate the minced pork with a little salt and chicken powder for 5 minutes, cut the cabbage into cubes, and chop the onions, garlic and pepper

Take a pot, boil an appropriate amount of water, add cabbage

After the cabbage is cooked until slightly soft, remove it and set aside

Use a wok, heat it up, add garlic and scallions and sauté until fragrant

Minced pork

Add seasonings and stir-fry evenly

Add a little water and cook over low heat

After cooking until the meat is fragrant, add chopped green onions and chili peppers and stir-fry for a while

Stir well and turn off the heat

Pour the cooked barbecue sauce on the previously blanched cabbage, mix evenly and eat
