Plum pork ribs and braised potatoes
Overview
One day when I was browsing a food website, I accidentally saw a dish of Huamei Spare Ribs, which aroused my interest. I have tried almost all kinds of pork ribs dishes, but I have never tried or eaten Huamei Braised Spare Ribs. I was eager to learn more, so I bought all the ingredients the next day and had them all done within an hour. It tasted great. The ribs and potatoes tasted very appetizing, and there was no greasiness. The slightly sour plums neutralized the fat in the ribs. Recommended to everyone~
