Braised noodles with celery and shredded pork

My husband likes to eat braised noodles. I make them every few days and they taste pretty good

  1. Prepare two celery stalks, wash and cut them into sections, soak and wash the soybean sprouts, shred the lean meat, and mince the onion, ginger and garlic

  2. Wet noodles bought in the supermarket

  3. Mix the bowl of juice, dark soy sauce and water, the ratio is about 1:1:1

  4. Pour oil into the wok, use more oil than usual for cooking

  5. Add shredded pork and fry until it changes color

  6. Stir-fry onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add a spoonful of Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until red oil appears

  7. Add some cooking wine and stir-fry

  8. Add celery

  9. Add soybean sprouts, salt and thirteen spices

  10. Add water, no more than the dish

  11. Spread the noodles evenly over the dishes

  12. Cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes, shaking the pot a few times to avoid sticking. If the water dries up, add less
