Barbecued Pork and Chive Cake
Overview
The barbecued pork and chive cake is a small cake with a salty and sweet flavor. I actually wanted to use up the barbecued pork filling from the previous recipe. It is similar to the French salty cake. The texture is a bit solid, but it is full of energy and can withstand hunger!

Prepare materials

Mix milk, eggs, salt, sugar and olive oil until evenly mixed

Add flour, baking powder and cheese powder into the egg liquid, mix briefly

Add chopped green onion and coriander

Mix the slurry evenly

First pour a tablespoon of batter into the cake mold

Lightly place the barbecued pork filling in the middle

Then pour the cake mix into the mold until it is 80% full

Place in the oven at 170 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes

Take it out and let it cool before eating
