Eight-treasure Rice

Eight-treasure Rice

Overview

Eight-treasure rice is an indispensable part of the Spring Festival dinner table. In the past, eating a cup of eight-treasure rice was a very happy thing. What I liked most was digging out the small piece of bean paste inside. Now I can also make eight-treasure rice. Of course, it must be filled with plenty of ingredients, and it must be full of bean paste. Use glutinous rice that is so sticky that it sticks to your lips to entertain your relatives and friends.

After squeezing the bean paste, use glutinous rice flour to build it up little by little, cover the bean paste, and compact it tightly.
