Clean the green beans and cut into pieces.

Heat the oil in the wok, add the green beans and stir-fry. Add a small amount of salt to help stir out the water quickly.

Stir-fry the green beans until cooked for 8 minutes and set aside.

Put a little base oil in another pot, stir-fry the meat filling until it changes color, add chopped green onion, cook in a little cooking wine and light soy sauce.

Add the stir-fried green beans and add the olives. Olive vegetables contain a lot of oil, so it’s best to squeeze out some of them first.

Add light soy sauce and salt to taste, and add a small amount of sugar for freshness.
