Fried rice noodles

Prepare the ingredients (and 2 small red peppers)

Beat the eggs and spread them into egg skins

Egg skin, carrots, cucumbers, crispy sausage shredded, red pepper, green vegetables cut into sections

In a small bowl, add 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce and 1/2 tsp sesame oil, mix thoroughly and set aside

Pour oil into the pot, heat it, and sauté the chili peppers

Add shredded carrots and stir-fry until soft

Add cucumber and stir-fry

Add the egg skin and shredded ham, stir-fry evenly, set aside

Pour oil back into the pot and heat it up (more oil is needed). Pour in the rice noodles and stir-fry continuously to prevent burning

Then add mung bean sprouts and green vegetables and stir-fry until evenly chopped

Add the previously fried egg skin, carrots, crispy sausage, and cucumber and stir-fry evenly

Pour in the sauce, then add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp chicken essence and stir well
