Knead the dough, knead it until smooth, be sure to knead it for a while, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 20 minutes

Cut the cooked noodles into small pieces and roll them into balls

Roll out the soup dumpling wrappers (thick in the middle and thin on the edges like dumpling wrappers, but thinner than dumpling wrappers)

When making soup dumplings, be sure to have more pleats to make them look better
