Tofu meatball soup

It’s best to eat more soups in autumn. Tofu can clear away heat. Served with plain daikon. Simple home cooking.

Pork meat is mixed with onion, ginger and garlic and minced into a paste.

Place a piece of old tofu on a spacious plate.

All ingredients and seasonings are adjusted according to your own taste. Stir evenly in one direction. Add appropriate amount of water starch.

Put water in the pot. Add the white radish and bring to a boil over high heat.

Shape the beaten meat into balls and put them in. Boil the meatballs to float.

Let the meatballs float and cook over medium heat for a few minutes.

Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder into the soup.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
