Remove the stems of the green beans, wash them and put them into a frying pan. Add a small amount of salt to the frying pan to make the green beans more colorful and fry them until they become wrinkled

Prepare the meat sauce in advance (marine it with soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and Sichuan pepper powder for 10 minutes). Sichuan peppercorns, chopped green onion, minced garlic, minced ginger and olives are also delicious in place of bean sprouts

When the oil is hot, add Sichuan peppercorns first and then dry chili peppers
