Overview

I bought tofu for 5 yuan at the morning market and made braised tofu at home. I had porridge, porridge or noodles for breakfast, which was very good for meals. It has a strong salty flavor and is also delicious when shredded and mixed with green onions.

  9. Cover the tofu with water, cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
