Muffin cake is simple and quick. You only need to mix the ingredients evenly. There is no need to beat egg whites or separate eggs. It is most suitable for baking novices like me.

1. 1 Add cooking oil and fine sugar into it and mix well

7. 7 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake on the middle rack for about 30 minutes
