Dough ingredients: 200g flour, 40g eggs, 85g milk, 20g sugar, 20g butter, 3g yeast, 2g salt. Apple filling: 2 apples, 30g brown sugar, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder.

  1. Put the dough ingredients into the bread barrel according to the liquid and then solid use procedures.

  2. Knead the dough for 20 minutes until smooth and add softened butter. Knead again until smooth, cover and ferment until doubled in size.

  3. Dice the apples, add sugar and lemon juice, and boil away the water. Add cinnamon powder and mix well.

  4. Divide the fermented dough into 6 portions. After rolling into a ball, wake up for 10 minutes.
