Fried rice noodles with mushrooms and beef
Overview
When I don’t know what to eat, I stir-fry a plate of rice noodles. My family all likes it. It’s a simple and quick homemade recipe.

Prepare the ingredients: As shown in the picture, soak the rice noodles in room temperature water until soft, and soak the mushrooms in advance.

Shred the beef, add marinade and minced garlic and marinate for a while.

Heat oil in a pan and saute ginger until fragrant.

Add shredded beef and fry until it changes color.

As shown in the picture, don't fry it for too long as it will taste stale.

Scoop out first and set aside.

In a pot, saute shredded shiitake mushrooms with some oil until fragrant.

Add rice noodles and stir with chopsticks (it is better to use chopsticks).

Then adjust the soy sauce.

Add the green onions and return the fried shredded beef to the pot.

Stir-fry and stir-fry evenly.
