Fried Dried Chives

There are only two seasonings for this stir-fried dish: salt and vegetarian. (Su Yi Xian is equivalent to chicken powder, but it is specially used for stir-frying vegetarian dishes and tastes very good)

Wash and dry the leeks. Wash and cut the dried incense into shreds and set aside.
