Overview

I don't usually like to eat onions, but I ate fried onions outside once, and it was really different from what I usually eat. It tastes crispy on the outside and tender and sweet on the inside. This sweetness is not added with sugar but comes from the onion itself, and it doesn't have the usual onion flavor. This dish is not only delicious but also very beautiful.   1. Wash the onion, peel off the skin, cut off a little bit of the root and remove the stem (be sure not to cut too much, otherwise the flowers will fall apart after cutting). Cut off part of the top as shown, and you don’t need to cut too much.
