Delicious Braised Chicken Feet
Overview
Chicken feet, we all call them chicken feet. It may sound more elegant. I rarely buy them because I find it troublesome. I suddenly went to the supermarket today and bought more than a kilogram. I didn't take a break at noon, so I hurriedly worked and braised them successfully in two hours. When the kids came back in the evening, they devoured the plate of chicken feet. Soak the chicken feet in water and clean them.
