Coke Spare Ribs
Overview
In fact, I originally wanted to make chicken wings, but when I went to the supermarket to buy something, I found that the chicken wings were too stale and terrible. I had to change my mind temporarily and switch to the beautiful-looking pork ribs next door. The price has gone up. . . However, the result was good. My husband was full of praise for the food and ate several in a row. It was so rare. . . This is my first time using Coke in a dish. It seems that I put too much Coke and dark soy sauce, and the color is a bit heavy, but I will have experience next time~~ Ingredients: Ingredients: 500g pork ribs, about 400ml of Coke Seasoning: a section of green onion, 3 slices of ginger, a piece of cinnamon, 3 pieces of bay leaves, 1 star anise, a little Sichuan peppercorns, appropriate amount of dark soy sauce Decoration: appropriate amount of white sesame seeds
