Steamed buns stuffed with leek and egg

My son and I both like to eat stuffed food, whether it is vegetarian stuffing, meat stuffing, steamed buns, dumplings, or pies. The vegetarian stuffing made with leeks and eggs still tastes very good.

Pick the leeks, wash them and chop them finely.
