Chilled okra
Overview
Okra, I have tried fried and boiled before. Later I found that the boiled food with seasoning tasted delicious, so I kept eating it that way. Now, after boiling, chill it with ice to make it even more delicious!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients and freeze the ice cubes in advance with the ice cube mold in the refrigerator
-
Wash okra, remove heads and tails
-
Chop garlic, ginger slices, and scallions (only the white part of the scallions), and put them on a seasoning plate
-
Don't put some Lao Gan Ma on the side, because some people in the family like spicy food and some don't, so I made two flavors (you can also make seasonings according to personal preferences). Add salt, chicken essence, a little soy sauce, and finally pour hot oil
-
Boil okra in water for about three minutes and remove
-
Remove the ice cubes and pour directly on top of the okra to cool the okra quickly. You can also put it in the freezer of the refrigerator for half an hour.
-
After the ice cubes turn into water, just pour the water away. (If there are not enough ice cubes, add more ice cubes repeatedly until the surface of the okra feels cold to the touch)
