Put the salted egg yolk into a bowl, steam over water, chop into pieces and set aside. Grate the carrots first and then chop them finely.

Cut the tofu into small cubes and soak in boiling water to remove the beany smell.

Heat the oil pan and add the onion and ginger.

Add the chopped salted egg yolk one by one.

Add grated carrots.

Add the blanched tofu cubes and all seasonings, cook briefly and mix well.

Pour water starch along the edge of the pot to thicken it, and sprinkle with sesame oil.
