Overview
Freeze ready-made beef in the refrigerator, take it out, warm it and slice it, and then eat it with any vegetables. Stir-fried potato slices are a common way to eat at home. Adding beef slices will make it more delicious.

Slice cooked beef, peel and clean potatoes.

Cut the potatoes into large slices, a little thinner, soak in water for 10 minutes, remove and dry.

Shred onions and ginger.
