Dissolve the yeast powder in warm water, slowly pour in the glutinous rice flour, and stir evenly with chopsticks.

Use your hands to form a moist and smooth dough, cover it and let it rest for more than half an hour.

Crush the black sesame seeds in a food processor.

Add two tablespoons of condensed milk and stir evenly.

Take an appropriate amount of glutinous rice dough, roll it into a ball, flatten it, and wrap it with black sesame filling.

Tie carefully and tidy up slightly.
