Put all the ingredients except butter into a bowl and knead into dough.

Knead until a thick film is formed and then add butter.

Stick flour on your finger and poke a hole. If it doesn't shrink or collapse, the fermentation is complete.

Divide the dough into 2 equal portions, then into 3 equal portions, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.

Take 3 small portions and shape them into long strips.

Make a three-strand braid. Put it into the oven for the second fermentation, 120 degrees for 50 minutes.

Make egg yolk liquid: Add egg yolks to milk, mix well, sift and pour into a watering bottle.

Take out the fermented dough and preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Spray the egg yolk liquid evenly over the bread dough and decorate with almond slices.

Enter the oven at 170 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Brush with a thin layer of egg yolk after 10 minutes. After brushing, place it in the oven and continue baking.

Immediately after taking out the oven, put it on a drying rack until it is warm to your hands, then seal it and store it. Done! Super soft!
