Put the chicken wing roots in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil to remove the blood from the meat, then remove and drain.

Pour the base oil into the pot, fry the chicken wings until both sides are golden brown, then add the green onions, shredded ginger and aniseed and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add seasonings: soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cooking wine, salt, appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil and simmer.
-
Clean the tomatoes, use a knife to peel long, continuous skins, and roll them into a rose shape.

Bring the chicken wings to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer slowly for about twenty minutes. Remove the juice, remove from the pan, and place on a plate.
