Peel and devein fresh shrimps, add a little pepper, cooking wine and a little salt and marinate for 10 minutes

Tear the oyster mushroom into small florets and wash

Cut the carrots into cubes and set aside

Cut the tofu into long strips

Chop ginger and onion into fine pieces
