Dumplings are a staple food in our family that we never get tired of eating. We make some whenever we have time. Today I made cabbage and pork stuffing. Cabbage is a popular vegetable, nutritious and delicious.

Prepare the required ingredients: special wheat core wheat flour for golden arowana dumplings, cabbage, and pork.

Add appropriate amount of salt and water to the flour to form a smooth dough, set aside and wrap with plastic wrap.

Cut the pork into pieces and put it into a blender to make mincemeat.

Pour the cabbage into a blender and grind.

Add appropriate amount of minced ginger to the meat filling.

Add salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and five-spice powder.

Shred the cabbage and squeeze out the moisture inside, then add it to the meat filling.

Stir evenly with chopsticks clockwise.

Take out the dough and knead it, cut it into equal-sized pieces, roll it into dumpling wrappers and add an appropriate amount of meat filling to wrap it into dumplings.

Wrap all the dumplings in sequence.

Add water to the pot and cook the dumplings.
