  1. Soak beef shoulder in water, wash and cut into pieces.

  3. While blanching, prepare the side dishes. Cut the potatoes into cubes, cut the tomatoes into large chunks, and cut the onions into chunks.

  9. Pour into the clay pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and add the onions after 5 minutes.

  10. Keep the heat on low and add the tomatoes after another 10 minutes. After placing the tomatoes, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
