Mutton braised rice - Xinjiang hand-picked rice

Overview

This is my first time to cook this kind of rice! The soup was out of control! The rice is not hard enough! But it still tastes great! Even a newbie like me can make delicious food! If I hadn’t dreamed of eating lamb chops, I wouldn’t have thought of cooking finger food! Hahaha~
