Steamed Egg with Shrimp
Overview
The most homely dish, shrimp stewed with eggs, I continue to use the UKOEO steam oven to steam it today, and also use the cloud recipe function! But don’t rely too much on others for everything. Take this steamed egg for example. The depth of your container and the thickness of the egg liquid will directly affect the steaming time, so you still have to use it flexibly!

Steam until the egg liquid is solidified, pause the process and take it out, put the remaining 5 shrimps on the steamed egg

Put it in the oven again and continue the program until it is done. My container was deeper, so I adjusted the cooking time halfway, and it ended up taking 18 minutes in total
