Overview

Diners love leek fillings and planned to buy leeks to go with pork to make dumplings, but the leeks were sold out. It seems that there are many people who like to eat leeks. I didn’t have leeks, so I bought fennel. Fennel is also great when paired with pork as dumpling fillings.

  1. Mix up the wheat flour for 20 minutes

  6. Make the dough into a moderately sized dough

  8. Add stuffing to the middle of the dumpling skin
