Add boiling water and cold water to the flour and knead it into a smooth dough

Wash and chop leeks

Beat the eggs and fry them

Mix eggs with leeks

Knead the dough into a long strip

Divide into small doses

Roll into cake
-
Wrap in the prepared fillings

Heat oil in a pan and put in the wrapped leek box

Fry over low heat until 2 sides are golden
