  4. Knead and deflate the dough and divide into 10 small portions.

  6. Put the pot on the steaming curtain and let it rise again for 20 minutes. Steam in the pot with cold water. Boil the water for 20 minutes and turn off the heat and simmer for 4 minutes with the lid off.
