Chilly and fragrant mutton: braised radish mutton
Overview
When radish meets mutton, two seemingly incompatible things are a perfect match. When the mutton fully releases its aroma and enters the body of the radish, the mutton no longer smells of mutton, and the radish also undergoes a gorgeous turn in the tender tenderness and becomes extremely delicious. Perhaps this is the food version of the story of the princess and the prince, and it has the flavor of love.
