Minced pork and white radish
Overview
I like to eat vegetables. Although vegetables are nutritious, they lack the protein necessary for the human body, so I usually cook them with some lean meat. Not only do the vegetables taste more delicious, but they are also more nutritious. Today I cooked this dish with lean meat and white radish. White radish can promote digestion, enhance appetite, speed up gastrointestinal motility, relieve cough and reduce phlegm, and also has the effect of strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi.
