Dice the pork, mince the onion and garlic

Put the yellow sauce, sweet noodle sauce, sugar, light soy sauce and water into a bowl to make a slurry and set aside

Sauté onions and garlic

Add the sauce and stir-fry until it changes color

Add water

Simmer over low heat until thickened

Boil water to cook noodles, rinse and drain

Blanch soybean sprouts, shred cucumbers and carrots and serve
