Wash and cut chicken into pieces.

Peel, wash and dice the carrots and lettuce.

Thinly peel the corn, wash it, and peel off the corn kernels.

Cut the green pepper into strips, cut the green onion into thin sections, and slice the ginger and garlic.

Heat the pan, pour oil, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add chicken and stir-fry until coloured.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and cooking wine, cover the pot and simmer for seven or eight minutes.

Add carrots and lettuce and continue to simmer for two to three minutes.

Add green pepper and stir-fry evenly.

Pair it with a bowl of water and starch. Because there is more juice in the pot, you can add more starch. I used two tablespoons.

Thicken the sauce.
