Baby’s calcium-supplementing delicacy [Yellow croaker braised tofu]
Overview
After preparing the dishes and preparing to take pictures, I found that the camera was out of battery. Dizzy! It was taken with a mobile phone, so let’s just take a look at it. It tastes really great, with a hint of sweetness and sourness... This dish is my son’s favorite, so I want to share it with all my dear friends! Before going to kindergarten, I would cook this dish for him almost once a week, which is both calcium supplement and nutritious. My son doesn’t like tofu, but he can eat several pieces of tofu cooked in this way^_^, which may be suitable for your picky eater! In addition, there is another way to eat this dish. Fish out the fresh thin noodles in advance and put them in when adding the fish pieces. After simmering for five minutes, it becomes a staple food that the children love. There are only parents who don’t know how to cook, and there are no picky children! My dear, come on!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the cucumber fish and remove the head and tail
-
Add fresh milk and 1 teaspoon of salt, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes (the addition of fresh milk will make the fish more delicious)
-
Peel the tomatoes, cut into small pieces and set aside
-
Coat the marinated fish pieces and cut tofu in dry flour
-
Heat a pan with a thin layer of oil, fry the fish pieces until brown on both sides over medium-low heat, and scoop them up (beat off the flour)
-
Cut the tofu into cubes, fry both sides till golden brown and serve (don’t forget to pat the flour lightly)
-
Wipe the pot clean with kitchen towel, pour a small amount of oil, add green onion and sauté until fragrant, take it out
-
Add the tomatoes and stir-fry, stir-fry slowly over medium-low heat, and try to crush them with a shovel
-
Squeeze in 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce and stir-fry (over medium heat). At the same time, pour light soy sauce along the edge of the pot
-
Add oyster sauce and sugar and stir-fry (try not to add too much oyster sauce, so as not to affect the color of the dish)
-
Pour half a bowl of water along the edge of the pot
-
Add 1 teaspoon of salt, sprinkle with half a teaspoon of chili powder, (turn to low heat) stir-fry with a spatula and simmer for 2 minutes
-
Pour in the fish cubes and tofu and stir gently to combine
-
Continue to simmer over low heat, cover and simmer for five minutes
-
Okay. (I was worried that the spiciness would be too light, so I added some chili powder)
-
The color is bright, the taste is moderate, and the baby has a great appetite!
