Stir-fried vermicelli with cabbage is a common home-cooked dish in China. The refreshing cabbage is paired with smooth sweet potato noodles, which tastes great.

Ingredients: cabbage, sweet potato starch, ginger, garlic, dried chili peppers, green onions.

Condiments: vegetable oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, white sugar, pepper powder.

Cut cabbage, ginger, garlic, dried chili peppers, and green onions into small pieces and set aside.

Soak the sweet potato flour in hot water of about 60 degrees until there is no white core.

Take out the soaked vermicelli and drain the water.

Add appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the wok.

After the oil is hot, put the dried chili pepper, minced ginger and garlic rice (half way) into the pot and stir-fry over low heat.

After the ingredients are fragrant, add cabbage, add pepper powder and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add vermicelli, light soy sauce and a little sugar and continue to stir-fry.

When the vermicelli becomes transparent, add dark soy sauce to color it, then add chopped green onion and the other half of the garlic and stir-fry evenly.
