Overview
When I saw this dish, I was reminded of the Olympic Games~~ Whether it was the 2008 Beijing Olympics or the 2016 Rio Olympics~~ In 2008, although I did not go to Beijing, although I could not go to the Olympics~~ But I still listened to the radio every day, flipped through the newspapers, and watched Chinese Olympic athletes win gold medals one after another for the country, and my blood still boiled~~ In 2008, on countless mornings leading to the market, on countless noisy afternoons, and on countless evenings enjoying the cool air, the Beijing Olympics was our common concern and a topic we never tired of talking about. Later, one time, I was lucky enough to attend a sports meeting in Shanghai. It felt really different at the scene. I would be very excited, shout loudly, and cheer. When I see Liu Xiang hurdle, I will be very nervous~~I am afraid that Liu Xiang will be overtaken by the athletes behind~~~~The whole place is cheering for Liu Xiang~~ When I see Liu Xiang being the first to rush to the finish line, the whole place is cheering~~It can’t be heard~~~ Let’s talk about this [Sun Noodles]~~~ I really don’t know how to name the dish~~~ It has one ring after another, so it can’t be called Five Ring Noodles~~~ So I’ll just call it [Sun Noodles]~~~ And the sun also conveys positive energy such as eternity, light, vitality, prosperity, hope, prosperity, and warmth~~~ Just like our Chinese Olympic athletes~~ [Sun Noodles] Boil the flour cake until 8 minutes cooked, then use a little oil to make an omelette with egg liquid~~~ Cook the vegetables on the flour cake with a little salt and oil~~ Stir-fry the chicken breast~~~ The whole dish is light and delicious, nutritious, and good-looking~~~ Dedicate this dish to the Chinese Olympic athletes~~ Cheer for the Chinese Olympic athletes~~~
