Prepare the prawns

Clean the prawns (cut off the whiskers and pick out the shrimp lines)

Marinate the shrimps with cooking wine, ginger and salt for a while

Heat oil in a pan, make the oil slightly wider

Pan-fried shrimps until crispy

Serve out and set aside

Leave oil in the pot, add chili pepper and garlic and saute until fragrant
