Garlic Salted Pork
Overview
I often see chefs introducing fried bacon on the Internet, and I also see hosts eating it with gusto. I wonder when I can marinate a few pieces too? What recipe? You can make it yourself, be self-reliant, and make whatever flavor you like. Garlic is the most popular flavor, so garlic flavor is the best. I happened to buy a piece of pork belly. The shape was not very regular, so I cut the meat into a rectangular shape for grilling. The cut corners were used to marinate the bacon. If you like pork belly, it is also great to marinate.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare about 12 heads of garlic and 1/4 of a shallot.
-
Put the meat pieces into a bowl, add 1/2 tablespoon of thirteen spices, 1/2 tablespoon of sea salt, 1 teaspoon of mixed pepper, 1 teaspoon of Sichuan pepper powder, and 1 tablespoon of water, and mix well with your hands.
-
Put the garlic and shallots into a garlic cutter, cut them into minced pieces, and pour them into the bowl with the meat.
-
Also marinate evenly by hand, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and spread evenly.
-
Wrap each piece of meat with film and put it in the refrigerator (the frozen part) for about 3 to 7 days. In fact, you can store it for a few more days, but the time should not be too long. If you want to eat it in a short time, put the marinated meat in a dense box and put it in the refrigerator (the non-frozen part) for two to three days.
-
Before frying, you can use a knife to scrape off the excess garlic, put it in the pan and fry until both sides are charred and fragrant. Be sure to fry it thoroughly.
-
After frying, place it on a clean cutting board and slice it before enjoying. After slicing, it is also great to add the scraped garlic and stir-fried vegetables, dried beans, etc.
