Fish meatballs
Overview
A friend gave me a fish weighing more than ten kilograms. I ate it one piece at a time. I stewed it and ate it several times, but I didn’t want to eat it. Today is the Lantern Festival and I made fish balls for noon.

Remove the skin and fish bones, and take out the clean meat

Put an appropriate amount of pork belly

Chop into minced meat

Put it into a basin, add flour, starch, egg white, pepper, cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt, and stir in one direction to make the gluten

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil

Squeeze the minced meat into balls with your hands and put them into the water with a spoon. Don’t heat too fast
