Prepare the materials in the picture

Dissolve the rice roll powder in 2 bowls of water (the bowl is the same size as the rice roll powder) and let it sit for 15 minutes

The ingredients are prepared as shown

Add oil to the pot and add garlic

Stir-fry until golden brown and slightly charred, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, half a bowl of water, 0.5 spoon of cornstarch and bring to a boil, then add sesame oil

Cooked sauce

Put water in the pot and brush a layer of oil on the steaming plate

Pour in the prepared batter (remember to stir evenly before pouring), eggs, chopped green onion

Cover and steam for 2 minutes, as shown in the picture

Steamed rice rolls are ready

Pour on the sauce and crushed peanuts (you can also leave them out). I also added some pickled beans and pickled peppers that I soaked myself. It tastes great
