  1. Wash and cut the squid into thin strips and marinate with cooking wine and salt for 20 minutes. Put the shredded ginger and green onion in a bowl and add water to brew the green onion and ginger water

  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry shredded squid until cooked

  3. Add sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry briefly, add onion, ginger, cooking wine, sugar and stir-fry

  4. Stir-fry until the sauce thickens and the sweet noodle sauce hangs evenly on the shredded squid
